Finn and I say “yea!” to a gorgeous Memorial day, luscious hot chocolate with our friend Sabine, and browsing for board books!
Last week Finn and I joined two friends and their boys for a lovely walk to the beach along Tennessee Valley. The skies were gray and windy, but the grasses were so green and the air so fresh!
He rolls a little more and props himself up (then topples). He puts just about whatever he can in his mouth, especially his toes, and our noses. He grunts and squeals and clasps our hands and faces. He’s his dad’s air guitar for rock, and trumpet for jazz. He’s his mama’s favorite model and trail companion. His laughs and smiles are still the best part of the day. He’s five months old!
He is the Finnman of motion sitting still long enough for a quick sketch from Mama and on occasion, a long one.
